* Attach the plans for the proposed use or building(s) or structure(s) showing the dimensions and shape of lot, the size, locations and setbacks of existing buildings and structures, the location, dimensions, and setbacks of proposed building(s) or structure(s) or alterations, and any natural or topographic peculiarities of the property in question.
** Justification of Variance: In order for a variance to be granted, the applicant must prove to the Board of Zoning Appeals that the following items are true: (Attach statement pertaining to the following.)
A. Special conditions exist peculiar to the land or building (or structure) in question.
B. That a literal interpretation of the resolution would deprive the applicant of rights enjoyed by other property owners.
C. That the special conditions do not result from previous actions of that applicant.
D. That the request variance is the minimum variance that will allow a reasonable use of the land or building(s) or structure(s).
The fee as established by the Weathersfield Township Board of Trustees (Section 304 #3) must be submitted with this application.
