The following supporting information will also need to be provided to the Weathersfield Township Zoning Department.

* A plan for the proposed use (in triplicate) showing the location of building(s), parking and loading areas, traffic access and circulation drives, open space, landscaping, utilities, signs, yards, and refuse and service areas.

** Also provide the following: a narrative statement relative to the above requirremtns, an explanation of the economic, noise, glare, and odor effects on adjoining property and the general compatibility with adjacent and other properties in the district or neighborhood, a list of Deed Restrictions (if any) that affect this property, and any other pertinent information.

The fee as established by the Weathersfield Township Board of Trustees (Section 304 #3) must be submitted with this application.
