Weathersfield Township Spring Clean-Up
May 7 - May 11, 2012 on your regular garbage pick up day.
Garbage Items that Allied Waste Cannot Pickup:
Tires, car parts or car batteries Untied bushes or branches
Hot ashes or embers Sod, dirt, rock or bricks
Dead animals Un-bagged animal feces
Steel drums (any size) Fluorescent light bulbs
Propane or gas cylinders Explosives
Any type of liquids
Liquid paint-must be dry or in the solid form before placing in the trash
Hazardous waste including: poisons, fuel, paint solvents, oil, antifreeze, pesticides
herbicides, and medical waste including all hypodermic needles.
We will begin to chip tree limbs once again starting on Friday, March 30, 2012. You can call in to the office to be placed on the list or you can email dpugh@weathersfieldtwp.com or csmith@weathersfieldtwp.com with your name, address and phone number and we can place you on the list. As in the past you must call in by Thursday afternoon in order to be placed on the list for the Friday chipping. The dates that we will be chipping will be placed on the Calendar (listed to the left on this page).
